Take-aways are that CRM is is the framework or bucket to hold and manage data, and LinkedIn adds the data so filling up the CRM bucket is efficient, productive and selective.
We are guessing that Microsoft will add current premium (paid) services as optional subscriptions from Office 365 and Dynamics CRM - but time will tell.
