One of the add-ons we offer is an online store for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

CRM has a product catalog built in and we have linked this to marketing campaigns. We also have a shopping basket concept to allow the creation of a commercial transaction by an in-house operator or someone coming to your website.

We pay particular attention to easy selection of the item from potentially thousands of items for sale. We also store additional information against each sale so that if one person books for 5 people, we can capture their names to manage an event.....or similar.

Payments can be for donations, and we can securely store encrypted credit card information for automated renewals or monthly payments.

Of course we also have an out-of-the-box functionality which provides the ability to capture credit card payments via the PayFlowPro gateway so the transaction can be completed and a receipt immediately emailed as a PDF to your client. Other payment gateways can be accommodated with customisation.
