Hence to get access to the above, you will sign up with Telstra, and if you use our assistance, we ask you to nominate Axem as the Partner assisting you.
Axem can take care of configurations, services issues, changes and customisation to meet business needs, support end users, and migrate data from existing systems. Telstra purely provides access administration. Microsoft provides the datacentre hardware and software. It is up to you to decide if you wish to manage the services yourself, or request the assistance of Axem via telephone or online service desk.
