Email marketing is a successful way to keep in touch and develop relationships with prospects, if done sensitively and people are not bombarded with information which is not relevant to them.
Tier 3 Email Marketing Solution
Axem websites and CRM systems are capable of sending emails directly from the optin database lists. This is fine for Newsletters where you have a small list (1,000 - 2,000) and it is very clean with participants communicating with you that they wish to be added to the list.
This does not deliver features such as:
- Bounce rate measurement
- Automated email bounce management
- Tracking who clicked on which links, and when
- Facility to allow subscribers to select what they want to hear from you about and how often
- Who read the emails
Tier 2 Email Marketing Solution
For this we use a more sophisticated solution - which we have also integrated with Microsoft CRM. However this tier 2 solution requires that you fully manage the campaigns.
Tier 1 Email Marketing Solution
This is the most sophisticated approach which also incorporates social media integration. It can be fully integrated in Microsoft CRM or operate standalone.
