Types of services we can provide are:

  • Basic set up and configuration
  • Operational technical support and customisation
  • Documentation of processes and planning – especially important as we will surely fail is there is a longer term vision and strategy in mind, and these are not articulated correctly.
  • Project management so that project sponsors clearly understand what is happening (and not happening) so that expectations are met
  • CRM “done for you” meaning we will can act as part time staff to perform certain functions for you

 

We provide a range of services options to suit the size of organisations and their budgets.
 

1. For smaller organisations taking advantage of out of box CRM functionality

  • Free online user videos on “how to” use out of the box CRM for the small organisation or those starting out.
  • There is probably not much change required or focus on process improvement – the out-of-the-box CRM gives a lift in efficiencies, and making information available to review when there is time.
  • Our customer’s budget is limited, or key personnel’s time is not available right now.
  • We also offer a free checklist which allows standard easy configuration settings to be manipulated to tailor to their requirements.
  • For all our customers we offer free CRM modules which provide GST (VAT) taxes on quote, order, invoice screens, on a new out-of-the-box CRM installation.

 

2. For organisations wanting help with configuration or problems

  • Possibly a process needs to be automated, some configuration done to achieve an objective, a report written, or information exchanged with other systems such as Office 365 or a financial system.
     
  • Organisations engage with us via our Internet Service portal specifying work, confirming we have understood correctly, receiving quotes, etc.
     
  • Often work is ad-hoc, there is no real strategic plan or long term vision, so there is minimal advice required or needed from us. However, if we are asked to assist, we are careful to understand expectations.
  • We will deploy our free System Wish List and System Feedback modules at no charge to help you gather your user’s reaction to changes, and help you understand usage of the system.

 

3. Organisations have a small strategic initiative for business process improvement

  • An organisation wishes to implement a business process improvement. There may also be further complementary improvements envisioned further down the track, but a specific business outcome is desired.
  • This is a small mini project where long term positioning is considered. Consideration of how staff will receive the knowledge to use and engage with CRM tool, also needs to be considered.
  • We will deploy our free System Wish List and System Feedback modules at no charge to help you gather your user’s reaction to changes, and help ensure a good result from a small investment.

4. Organisations who are looking for significant change which is strategic and mission critical

  • There are multiple layers of planning
  1. High level business process maps which will be required even before technology providers have been decided. We refer to these as level 1 business process descriptions and they are significantly independent of technology.
  2. More detailed business process maps which show how the level 1 business process vision will be driven by the particular technology solutions chosen.
  • We like to separate deliverables into time slices less than 3 months long. Organisational change and market influences have an impact and we think it wise to quickly capitalise on quick gains and review any changed circumstances and lessons learnt.
