We use remote monitoring and analysis, and fix it tools, to drive down costs wherever we can. So people rarely need to see us on-site any more.

However we do go on site when required and have an extended network of technical people, managed using best practice international software sytems.

The Axem IT-Ops division can provide one point of contact for all work, when it is important to you.

"How to" support

Well implemented systems tend to be reliable and, beyond regular preventative maintenance, will continue to function. A greater need often is for help when new or unfamiliar work is performed. People need assistance to use technology to achieve a result.

We provide both on-site and remote support - using screen sharing technology, to step people through the processes they should be following.
