Online Store for Microsoft CRM

One of the add-ons we offer is an onlne store for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

CRM has a product catalog built in, we have linked this to Marketing Campaigns, and a shopping basket concept, to allow the creation of a commercial transaction by an in-house operator, or someone coming to your website.

We paid particular attention to easy selection of the item from potentially thousands of items for sale. We also store additional information agaisnt each sale so that if one person books for 5 people, we can capture their names to manage an event.....or similar.

Payments can be for Donations, and we can securely store encrypted credit card information for automated renewals, or monthly payments.

Of course we have also out-of-the-box provided the ability to capture payments via the PayFlowPro gateway from for credit cards gateway, so the transaction can be completed and a receipt immediately emailed as a PDF to your client. Other payment gateways can accomodated with tailoring.

The system can be driven by an in-house user, or your clients coming to your website.
