Videos on Microsoft's NGO customised CRM 2011 solution, for non profit organisations

There will be more coming here, soon. Microsoft NGO (non government organisation) is an application package applied to standard Microsoft CRM. This is hosted in Microsoft datacenters, but could also be applied to any Microsoft CRM 2011 system.
